Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders for in-stock items within 2-3 business days. 

Standard delivery is 2-8 business days. 

All domestic orders will be shipped using our registered freight delivery partners. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Standard Shipping for orders under $150 will be charged a flat $10 delivery fee within Australia. Once the order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. This excludes oversized items (like oversized homewares).

Pre-Order Items:
If you place an order for items that are marked pre-order, we will endeavor to process your order as soon as the items are in stock. 

Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during the sale and holiday shopping period.
